Goal Client needs to create an identity and stationary system from scratch for the promotion and marketing of a new downtown high-rise residential property. This system will be the basis for a broader marketing campaign. The property will be mixed use, with retail and dining on the first floor of the building. The Client, O-6 Properties wants to convey the mixed use property, with exclusive and high-end merchants, as an all-inclusive and exclusive community. Central location and downtown views make this an enviable property.
Solution The design approach was that of 50's and 60'z jazz albums and mid-century modern architecture. The notion of musical meter, two-four, comes through every aspect, from the dimensions of the business card and the website, to the color and placement of the circles. The result is cool-toned greens that invite the audience to become residents.
